Description
A John Griffiths style unsigned tall stretching carved wooden bird.
(I’m pretty sure it is by him).
Like a crane/egret.
Smooth and stylised, in a Modernist style.
Circa 1970s.
Handmade.
Its a dark wood, or has been coloured/varnished a dark colour.
Looks to have had a shortened beak.
22.5cm tall.
Some splinters around the base.
