Description
A lovely and larger sized art glass bird paperweight or figurine.
Unknown maker and age, probably from within the last 30 years.
Very much in a Murano and Scandinavian style.
Mouth blown, nicely sculpted, looks great on display.
Speckled blue, speckled striped brown black and opaline solid white body, cased in clear.
The blue is a dusky powdery blue.
Black glossy head.
Heavy with small hollow inside.
Smooth frosted flat base.
Large – 14.5 x 10 x 9cm. 900g.
Very good with some subtle handmade tooling marks to the surface.
