A pretty little Italian dish or ornamental ceramic plate.
From a Florentine manufacturer like San Marino or Fantoni.
Circa 1960s vintage. Mid century kitsch.
Blue background, imagery of black bottles/ornaments with hand painted infills of colour and sgraffito white lines.
It’s red leather backed and stamped ‘Made in Italy’.
Rectangular shallow dish, 10 x 7.5cm.
No chips.
Good for age.
The red leather backing is a bit frayed to the edges and has got a bit dirty/faded.
