Description
A small red and white flat wall plaque, produced by Nymolle, Denmark, with a typically stylised design by Danish artist Bjorn Wiinblad (1918-2006).
This piece is ‘Juni’ – number 6 out of a series with 12 depicting a man and woman falling in love month by month and having a baby. They’re a beautiful couple – the scene is summery with them picking and frolicking with roses.
Detailed whimsical red screen-print on a glossy white round flat ceramic/fine pottery.
Circa 1970s vintage.
